Request for Proposal – Insulation, HVAC, Carpenters, and Applicance Contractors Needed

The RPC will be accepting proposals from contractors interested in participating in the Illinois Home Weatherization Assistance Program (IHWAP) during the period of October 1, 2021, through September 30, 2022. All contractors interested in pre-qualifying as a contractor for IHWAP must call our office at 217-819-4119 by September 13, 2021, to register their company name.

Appointments begin on September 1; the RPC is also opening an additional office in Rantoul for appointments to make the program more accessible and convenient for those in the community.
