Carrie Busey School Traffic Impact Analysis
CCRPC was contracted by the Champaign Unit #4 School District to conduct a traffic impact analysis for the proposed Carrie Busey Elementary School in the Village of Savoy. This report evaluates projected future trips generated to/from the school, existing traffic volumes, roadway and intersection capacities, safe walking routes to school facilities, and traffic control and sign requirements.
