2017 Neutral Rating There was 1 heavy vehicle involved traffic fatality in 2017 in the Metropolitan Planning Area (MPA), same as 2016. The 5-year rolling average increased 33 percent from 0.6 fatality in 2016 (2012-2016) to 0.8 fatalities in 2017 (2013-2017). Neutral rating.
2018 Positive Rating There was no heavy vehicle involved traffic fatality in 2018 in the Metropolitan Planning Area (MPA). Although the 5-year rolling average did not change from 2016 to 2018 (0.6), there could not have been an even lower number of fatalities in 2018 than 0. Positive rating.
2019 Positive Rating There was no heavy vehicle involved traffic fatality in 2019 in the Metropolitan Planning Area (MPA). The 5-year rolling average decreased 33.33 percent from 2016 (2012-2016) to 0.4 fatalities in 2019 (2015-2019). There could not have been an even lower number of fatalities in 2019 than 0.
