There were 8 fatalities due to impaired driving in 2018 in the rural area, an increase from 4.2 fatalities in 2016 (5-year rolling average). The 5-year rolling average increased 28.5 percent from 2016 (2012-2016) to 5.4 fatalities in 2018 (2014-2018). Negative rating.
