Goal: Improve safety in the Champaign-Urbana Rural Area
Objective: Reduce the five-year rolling average of number of fatalities due to intersection crashes by 2 percent annually (from 3 to less than 3) by 2025 based on 2016 in the rural Champaign County area.
Performance Measure: Total number of intersection fatalities in the rural Champaign County area.
